Work description and description of qualifications: Assist clients and liaise with DGMPD directorates and Project Management Office (PMO) in a timely and courteous manner. Produce detailed reports in excel, and print ORG charts in ORG Plus. Be proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook and Excel). Be proficient in the use of electronic records data management software similar to Hummingbird RDIMS (Records Data Information Management Software) used by DND.Be able to identify potential problems and provide sound and practical solutions. Be able to address concerns to the Chain of Command efficiently using concise and clear communication principles. Responding to inquiries from employees on the well being programs. Obtaining and verifying information for employee training records, Organizational Charts, Personnel learning plans and PRR’s and PER’s and honours and recognition. Ensure security and safe use of resources. (Apply to all critical tasks). Ensure dependability, consistency, timelines and quality of work. (Apply to all critical tasks). Processing, verifying and registering documentation related to human resources activities. The resource will be required to provide services in both English and French (writing, reading, speaking). To be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Work well with others in a team environment. Other duties assigned by the Human Resources Business Manager. Must have 3 years (in the past 5 years) experience working with MS Excel, using tables and formulas.
Educational level required: Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience is required.
