Work description: The candidate must do the followings: retrieve clients’ hard copy file, perform outbound calls to clients based on phone numbers provided on client’s passport application, inform clients of reason for the call, validate client’s identity via security questions, gather information based on predefined scripts and questions, fill out forms with information gathered from clients, complete tracking sheet for data reporting requirements, use computer software such as email, internet and Windows office suite.
Description of qualifications: the candidate must have 1 year experience in operating multi-line telephones and dealing with the public and 5 years experience in operating manual and computer-controlled telephone switchboards or multi-line telephones or both. This position is english essential. Knowledge of french is not necessary.
